I had to take 2 breaks as I listened to this to try to figure out what this man is saying. He jumps from comment to comment in such a way that I cannot follow is train of thought. The topic is witnessing with power. His general thought is that we need to witness with power, but never gets to the point about what witnessing is, what our part is in this witnessing, what the power is for, how we receive it, or anything of substance in regard to the topic. He is confusing and has no instruction for the viewer. I cannot say that this is against any of the 28 fundamentals, but neither do I find it edifying to the body of Christ. It is an hour of rambling. In general, This is not up to the standard of preaching usualy heard on 3ABN. Video quality is not up to the usual 3ABN standards. I will not oppose this being on 3ABN, but neither can I with a clear consience before God say that I recommend it.
