This program speaks on Diabetes type 2. One of the guests is a Registered Nurse, the other is a civil engineer. I cannot approve this program for airing for the following reasons: 1. The guests do not have the appropriate training or education to support their medical statements and assumptions. 2. Half way through the program the host asks if Diabetes type can be cured, to which the second guest, who is a civil engineer replies affirmative. He himself suffers from Diabetes type 2, but has not as of yet been able to cure himself of it. He later goes on to ‘prescribe’ various natural plants and remedies that can control and cure this disease. Finally the host signs off the program stating that, “Diabetes type 2 can be controlled and cured.” This is grounds for a lawsuit and for possibly shutting down this television network for it constitutes an infringement of Federal law within the FDA. NOT APPROVED.
